Our Offered Services
- Demolition Service - We can offer standard demolition services
- Demolition to List Service - We can demolish the building to increase value to developers and then list your property. We can defer a portion of the payment until the sale (with a limit of 3 years).
- Rehabilitation to List Service - We can complete a limited rehabilitation of your property to increase value to investors and then list your property. We can defer a portion of the payment until the sale (with a limit of 3 years).
- Rehabilitation to Rent Service - We can complete a limited rehabilitation of your property and then manage your rental. We can defer a portion of the payment to be paid from future rents (with a limit of 3 years).
- Interface with Seattle Vacancy Building Monitoring Services - We can help you navigate and get off of the City of Seattle's Vacant Building Monitoring Program. This is included in all above options, but if you are not looking to demolish, sell, or rehabilitate at this time - we can help you determine if it is possible to get out of the monitoring program with a more limited scope of work.
